VJC, contrary to what students believe,
does not block hp signals. It is against the law to block hp signals.
VJC is
not likely to install equipment to boost hp signal at VJC's expense. VJC can
cooperate with any telco that wishes to improve hp coverage in VJC.
If VJC
were to spend money, it has to boost ALL hp signals (including Singtel, M1 and
Starhub). We have to be network independent.

*haha* The above is the most amusing thing I've read in my life. Wait till you guys read what people said about Starhub and Singtel reception. *haha* It'll put a smile on your face. Especially when someone tells you they're using autoroam (Starhub user) and when they walk around the school they get sms which read "Welcome to Indonesia". *haha*
